Use of the service
AttendeeQ is provided for business use. By accessing or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, protect your credentials, and keep your account information accurate.
Customer responsibility
- You are responsible for the information you upload, collect, or send through the service.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or consent for outreach.
- You are responsible for managing teammate access and protecting account credentials.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid access is billed on the selected subscription plan. Billing is processed by Stripe. Subscription access, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the active plan and billing status at the time of service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, or maintain the service from time to time.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, abuse third parties, interfere with system security, or send harmful or deceptive communications.
Intellectual property
The product, software, branding, and related materials remain the property of Titan Tech Dynamics unless otherwise stated. Customers retain rights to their own uploaded business data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Titan Tech Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means the revised terms apply.
