Basic Questions

Start here if you are brand new.

Do I need to know anything technical to use this?

No. The normal flow is: create a campaign, share the QR code, review the leads, and send follow-up.

Where do visitors sign in?

Each campaign has its own public signup link and QR code. Guests open it on their phone and fill out the short form.

Can I import a list I already have?

Yes. Use Import Leads when you already have a spreadsheet or export from another source.

Can I fix or delete test data?

Yes. Data Management gives you guarded cleanup tools, and each lead can also be edited or deleted from the campaign detail page.

What if I forget my password?

Use the Forgot password link on the login page. The app will email you a secure reset link.

Can I add another user later?

Yes. The owner can add another user from Data Management.

Page By Page

What each screen is for.

You do not need to memorize this. Most people only use a few screens at first, then add more as they get comfortable.

Dashboard page with campaign list and follow-up actions

Dashboard

This is the main home base. You can see your campaigns, quick stats, what needs attention, and the fastest next step.

What to do here

  • Use Open to go into a campaign.
  • Use Edit to change dates, agent details, or links.
  • Use Delete only when you are sure you want to remove that campaign.
Campaign detail page showing QR signup and lead roster

Campaign Detail

This page is where the event happens. You will find the public signup link, QR code, attendee roster, message actions, and event details in one place.

What to do here

  • Show the QR code at the event so visitors can sign in on their phone.
  • Use the lead roster to open, edit, or delete an individual lead.
  • Use the follow-up buttons when you are ready to review or send messages.
Import page showing lead upload review area

Import Leads

Use this when you already have a list. The app reviews the file first so you can catch problems before anything is saved.

What to do here

  • Upload your file and review the sample rows.
  • Check for missing emails or duplicates before confirming the import.
  • If you only have one list, you can import just that one list.
Message review screen with subject and preview text

Messages and Send Review

This is where you edit the wording and review exactly what will be sent. The app shows recipient count and a final confirmation step before sending.

What to do here

  • Read the sample message before you send.
  • Check the recipient count so you know who will receive it.
  • If something looks off, go back and edit the message first.
History and analytics area showing sends, failures, and totals

Send History and Analytics

These pages show what happened after you sent outreach. They help you answer simple questions like who was contacted, what failed, and when messages went out.

What to do here

  • Use Send History to see sent, failed, and skipped records.
  • Use Analytics for the bigger picture across campaigns.
  • If a send fails, check the reason before trying again.
Data management page with branding, users, and cleanup tools

Data Management

This page is for account-level changes. You can update branding, add another user, and clean up demo or test data with guardrails.

What to do here

  • Brand Settings lets you update your logo and colors.
  • User Access lets the owner add another teammate.
  • Cleanup actions are separated so you do not delete more than intended.

Email Platform

Use this page to choose Resend or Gmail, follow the built-in setup steps, and run one safe test before you send anything important.

Follow-Up Queue

Use this page when you want a quick list of campaigns that still need outreach or have failures to review.

Messages

Use the message editor when you want to change the wording before it goes out to leads.
